Netacea is a Manchester based business providing revolutionary products including website queuing system to prevent traffic to websites that may cause failure and bot management solution that protects websites, mobile apps and APIs from heavy traffic and malicious attacks such as scraping, credential stuffing and account takeover. Netacea was recently categorised by Forrester as a leader in this rapidly expanding market.
We are looking for a dynamic, well-rounded growth marketer to join the Netacea Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation this role will play a key part in developing and delivering the success of Netacea’s go to market strategy across direct sales and partner marketing. This is an ideal role for someone with demand generation and campaign management experience. You will be creative, proactive, commercially focused, and comfortable handling marketing analytics and insights across a range of marketing channels. With experience thriving in a start-up environment and a record of driving revenue from campaign activity.
This role will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing a range of campaigns across paid and organic that generate and capture demand from accounts within our ideal customer profile both in the UK and US. Your focus will be on identifying how we expand the Netacea brand within our target accounts whilst being highly adaptive and creative to ensure our marketing resonates and drives results across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign management and execution support across our key campaign areas:
- Pipeline Opportunities (ABM)
- ICP Prospecting (Demand Gen and ABM plays)
- 1:1 campaign development support.
- Customer Growth and Retention (ABM)
- Campaign setup, UTM tracking and optimisation within Salesforce and Pardot.
- Handle all Pardot email activity including campaigns, nurturing and autoresponders.
- Manage our micro event strategy (Webinars, Roundtables, Podcasts) to ensure all activities are building demand and driving revenue across target accounts.
- Work directly with our content and sales teams to brief, align, and operationalise key campaigns.
- Work with our external SEO agency to optimise our website (Netlify CMS) and report on SEO performance.
- Effective day to management of our PPC campaign budget within Google Ads either in platform or via Metadata.
- Build demand via effective organic social and community engagement activities.
- Be the main point of contact on partner & channel marketing activity as and when required.
- Manage company profiles on external sites (G2, Capterra etc)
- Daily lead management, ensuring qualified leads are passed to SDRs and Sales.
- SDR marketing support where needed. Lead handling, Gifting (Reachdesk).
Required
- 3+ years in campaign management and execution preferably in the cyber security sector.
- Demonstrable Saas B2B marketing experience.
- Salesforce and Pardot knowledge. – campaign setups, reporting, list management and day to day marketing operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Account Based Marketing practices.
- Experience managing paid ad channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Strong project management and internal communication skills
- Experienced using marketing automation tools such as Pardot and Terminus.
